Weight Loss Weigh-In #15

I'm really bad at keeping up to date with things recently. I said I would do an update post a few weeks ago since TOM was here, but uni life got the better of me and I forgot. So I'm doing it today.

I've been trying to be a lot healthier in the past couple of week - walking more, cutting out the drinks and processed food. I'm not quite there but I'm getting there. I was discharged from Physio over a month ago and I haven't been able to go to any exercise classes recently because uni life has me so busy! So all I've been able to really do is walk a bit more.
