Fitness Files #2

Hellooooo lovely people.

Yes this post was meant to be up on Friday, but I thought since there's no weigh-in this week, I should delay it a bit.

I had a physiotherapist appointment on Friday and we finally discovered the source of my problems - my non-existent bum and curved back. Yup, you read that right - apparently my back is slightly more curved than usual, which isn't normally a problem for most people, but of course this is me and I always have a problem. My non-existent bum (its literally flat) or shall I say my glute muscles are weak, so my lower back has extra stress on it. I've been told to do strengthening exercises such as Pilates or Yoga so that my muscles are stronger, which brings us to the purpose of this post; today's Fitness Files is about all the different things I use to workout - or will be using.
