Weight Loss Weigh-In #1


Hey guys

I don't know if I mentioned this in my last post or not, but I started my "healthy lifestyle" journey on Monday last week (19th January). 
I decided to weigh myself every week on a Monday just to monitor my progress, and thought I should document it on my blog. 
My starting weight was 174.1lbs which is the heaviest I've ever been, and just down right annoying!
My goal weight is 146lbs - 28lbs or 2 stone lighter than I am now. 
In today's weigh in I weighed 173.4lbs - a loss of 0.7lbs.
